RETURN/CANCELLATION
What is your return policy?
We regret to say that we cannot accept returns on items suchs as downloadable forms, software programs, and training kits. Books are an exception, however. If you are unhappy with your book, please return it to us within 14 days and we will issue you your refund. The returned item must be in its original condition.
I just made a purchase order but now I've changed my mind. Can I make a cancellation?
Please notify us as soon as you can if you would like to cancel a purchase order, and we will be happy to issue you full refund. We regret to say that we cannot accept your cancellation request made after your order has already been shipped, or downloaded.

What are my payment options?
We use
PayPal to accept your payment. PayPal is one of the most trusted companies that provide fast, easy, and secure access to online transactions. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, e-cheque, or debit.
How are my purchased items delivered?
There are two methods:
- Instant Download: If you purchase an item that is available in electronic format (for example, a training kit), then you will be able to download it right after your payment has been successfully made.
- By Mail: Items such as books, software programs that are available on CD, will need to be shipped via regular mail. Every effort is made to ensure a fast and safe arrival of your purchased items.
For purchased items that require customization or special packaging, please allow an extra one or two days before they arrive at your door.
