One-Day Workshop
Presented by HR Proactive Inc.,
with Workshop Leader, Danielle Gault


This workshop is composed of three key elements: personality dynamics, team building, and problem-solving strategies. These components provide a practical backdrop for facilitating effective team interactions.

Understanding the characteristics and needs of different personalities leads to more effective communication. Making these personal differences objective facilitates the process of problem solving for powerful results.
  • Personality dynamics: The idea of personality preferences is introduced through a series of activities designed to build an understanding of individual differences and how these differences strive to contribution on a team.

  • Teambuilding: Participants learn how to analyze their contributions to the team and how to view these contributions against a team maturity model.

  • Problem-solving: Individuals or teams explore a current issue taking a structured approach for solving their current problem.
Workshop outcomes
Participants learn how to strengthen and build mature, effective teams. They learn how to individualize their communication and build stronger relationships. With this understanding, teams produce more focused results, moving the team to greater productivity.

About the Lead Instructor: Danielle Gault

Danielle has worked in the management development field for over 20 years and has acquired a wealth of experience presenting training programs to a wide range of organizations including companies such as: Sprint, Cigna Insurance Company, London Life Insurance Company, Home Depot, AT&T, Unilever, and Connex (Romania) to name a few. She has organized and delivered workshops, seminars, special events, strategic planning, and lectures to small businesses, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies in Canada and New Zealand.

Danielle has a BA in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. She is trained and qualified in the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator, holistic health practices, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and the Dimensional Training System.
