Workshop Objectives
This workshop presents an information session for employees on the topic of harassment.

• Provide an overview of the Ontario Human Rights Code
• Identify
  • Prohibited grounds
  • Social areas and
  • Behaviours that may constitute harassment and/or discrimination
• Define the various types of harassment and discrimination; and
• Review the employer’s policy and procedures for dealing with harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

Intended Audience
Employees wishing to increase his or her awareness of harassment in the workplace

Participants will learn through lecture, discussion, and case scenarios.
