- Determining the work breakdown - what are all the tasks that need to be done during this project, to successfully achieve my goal?
- Defining the team structure - who will be working on this project and what will each person be responsible for and why?
- Scheduling the project - How can I organize all of the tasks and the people involved to keep the project on track and get it completed on time and in budget?
- Project Execution - leading and controlling the project
- How can I keep the project on track and what do I do if things change during the project.
- Project Completion
- How do I know when the project is complete and what can I learn from this project to make the next one better.
