• Learn a structured 9-step approach including how and when to apply the approach to solve problems.
• Learn how to define a "problem" to effectively apply a structured approach.
• Gain hands-on practice using a value added, structured problem solving approach.
• Learn the difference between problem solving and decision-making and when to use them.
• Learn the difference between brainstorming and lateral thinking and how they apply to effective problem solving.
